With a combined 30+ years in retail sales and 7+ years in estate sales we have become industry leaders. During this season of your life, we have committed ourselves to putting "U" first, going above and beyond from start to finish .
We are the only local estate sale company that has a dedicated YOUTUBE channel to showcase your sale.
One of the many things that make Greg & I stand out is the fact that we are both licensed real estate agents. While we do not require you to use this service, it is just one of the many services we can offer, in addition to in home estate sales. We also can work closely with your current realtor to market your home for sale during the estate sale. In business, just like many things in our lives, we work as a team doing everything we can for "U".
We charge a flat commission rate, no hidden fees, no up front costs, no "contract" fees, trash fees, or advertising fees. "U" will NEVER pay us, we PAY "U".
We WILL MEET OR BEAT ANY COMMISSION RATE IN THE COUNTY.
